New Faces…Staff Changes at SAC

Sharon Clark-Koufis Joins Head Office Staff in Toronto

Several members across the country have already met (at least virtually) Sharon Clark-Koufis, SAC’s new Manager of Membership and Stakeholder Services who joined the association staff on January 15.

In her new role, Sharon handles the day to day business of membership needs and requirements and becomes our hands-on person for important services such as Tender Alerts and Young Professionals. She will also work closely with outside stakeholders in the construction and business communities to ensure that these important groups continue to appreciate the value of surety bonds.

Pierre Cadieux Appointed SAC Business Development Manager – Quebec

The Surety Association of Canada is pleased to announce the appointment of Pierre Cadieux as the Business Development Manager – Quebec. This is a new position which has been created to assist the association in expanding our connections and services in the province of Quebec. Pierre will join the SAC team on February 12.

Pierre has been a senior management consultant for the past 26 years and brings his leadership skills in public sector assignments, private sector government relations, marketing communications and industry association executive services. He also has experience in insightful issues management and effective communications with targeted stakeholders, as well as in-depth knowledge of government operations and public-private partnerships.

As Business Development Manager – Quebec, Pierre will become the face of the association in the province. He will work with members and outside stakeholders to ensure the industry is well represented and that surety bonds are promoted as the security of choice for users and potential users of our product.
